YBhg Dato Rosni Zahari graduated with LL.B (Hons) and Master of Law from Universiti Teknologi Mara, Malaysia. She has an extensive 32 years of legal experience as an advocate and solicitor with the establishment of her own legal firm, Messrs Rosni, Francis Tan & Ho.
Aside from her legal practice, Dato Rosni Zahari has held various corporate positions in Government Linked Companies (GLCs). She has served as a Board Member for Felda Palm Industries Sdn Bhd, Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia, and MSM Malaysia Holdings Bhd.Dato Rosni Zahari is also a distinguished Malaysian politician and public servant who has made significant contributions to the country's political landscape. As Political Secretary for the Deputy Prime Minister, Dato Rosni was responsible for managing a wide range of political and administrative tasks.
In summary, Dato Rosni Zahari is a highly accomplished legal, political and corporate practitioner, with a distinguished career spanning over three decades.

MR TAN CHIA HONG @ GAN CHIA HONG
Mr Tan Chia Hong @ Gan Chia Hong graduated with a Diploma in Business Management from Northern Territory University. Mr. Gan started his career as a Site Coordinator in an interior decoration management company. After several years of working for others, he accumulated experience and went into business for himself successfully in manpower supply.
Subsequently, he extended his businesses into property investment and agriculture.In 2007, he founded Harta Oil & Gas Equipment Sdn Bhd, specialising in the trading and distribution of equipment tools for mining and the oil and gas industry. This company also distribute safety equipment, tools, and construction materials. Mr. Gan has demonstrated his business acumen in various industries, and his ability to succeed in venturing into new market segments.

MR CHEN JUI-LIANG
Mr Chen Jui-Liang has more than 15 years of experience in financial related industry, including sales of various securities instruments, investment operations and analysis, insurance and venture capital.
He started as Business Manager when he joined Cathay Life Insurance Ltd in 2003, a life insurance company in Taiwan, and began getting great exposure to Hong Kong and South-East Asia financial investment products
when he was Vice President of Investment in Rui Xing Insurance Broker from 2006 to 2008.
In 2010, armed with his stock analytic skills, and exposure to Asia financial products and markets, he became Executive Director of Well Top International Investment Limited, an international investment company in Taiwan and managing investment in South-East Asia. The said company mainly invests in public listed companies in Malaysia, Hong Kong and Singapore.
He currently does not hold any directorship in other public company.

DATUK CHIW TIANG CHAI
Datuk Chiw Tiang Chai started his career with Malacca Guan Seng Sdn Bhd as a storekeeper in 1975, after he completed the Higher Cambridge of Education. Later on, he was promoted as salesman in 1986 and as sales
executive in 1991. He was working as Executive Director from 1996 to 2001.
He is a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, Remuneration Committee and Corporate Governance Committee of the Company.

MR OH TEIK KENG
Mr Oh Teik Keng is a lawyer by profession. He holds a law degree from the University of Nottingham.
He was called to the Bar of England & Wales in 1985, the Malaysian Bar in 1986, and the Bar of New South Wales in 1989.
He has been in legal practice in the private sector since 1993 and was appointed as a President of the Strata Management Tribunal by the Ministry of Housing in 2016.
He is the Chairman of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, Remuneration Committee and Corporate Governance Committee of the Company

MR CHIN HOW SAM
Mr Chin How Sam graduated with a Professional Degree in Financial Engineering from Multimedia University, Malaysia.
Mr Chin How Sam joined the banking sector since 2003 and had almost 13 years of experience in the finance and banking industry. He started his career as an Account Manager in Public Bank in 2003 and, subsequently,
joined Alliance Bank as a Business Manager in 2006.
In 2016, he left the banking industry to venture into business. He co-founded Symphony Systems Sdn Bhd and is the Director in charge of the company’s daily operations. The company is mainly involved in calibration services for the semiconductor industry.
He is a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, Remuneration Committee and Corporate Governance Committee of the Company.

MR TAN CHOON FUH
Mr Tan Choon Fuh started his career as an audit assistant between 2016 to 2017 in an audit firm, CT TAN & CO. He was promoted as Audit & Tax senior in 2018.
